The program aims to provide investors with comprehensive reports on the potential for optimizing investment costs, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing building comfort. This helps improve capital efficiency for the entire project in both the short and long term.

Applying Advanced Global Technologies

Digital building simulation technology is gradually gaining recognition in Vietnam through international energy efficiency support programs from organizations such as USAID and UNDP. Applying simulation technology can help investors enhance their competitiveness, achieve international design standards, expand collaboration opportunities, and reach high-end clients with increasing demands for cost efficiency, energy savings, and sustainable development.

  • Eligible Participants

    Investors in residential and industrial buildings:

    For Residential Buildings:

    Domestic and international real estate investors with projects requiring design efficiency control, with a total above-ground floor area of at least 8,000 m². Eligible building types include office towers, mixed-use commercial-office complexes, resort hotels, high-end residential buildings with centralized HVAC systems, hospitals, schools, and large supermarkets.

    For Industrial Buildings:

    Investors aim to construct energy-efficient factories targeting Net Zero Energy. Eligible factory types include pharmaceutical production, consumer goods manufacturing, food processing, and logistics.

  • Technical Support Provider

    The program’s technical support is provided by EDEEC, Vietnam’s leading energy-efficient building consultancy. With over 10 years of experience, EDEEC has successfully optimized 11 high-performance energy-efficient demonstration projects in Vietnam. EDEEC’s team of experts has directly implemented energy optimization for 11 demonstration projects across the country. 

  • Steps to participate in the Program

    Investors complete the online registration form for the program.

    The organizing committee reviews eligible projects, notifies selected participants, and signs a Memorandum of Participation.

    Conduct an assessment of the building’s energy performance and cost optimization potential.

    The selected entity provides the necessary project information.

    Deliver an evaluation report with recommendations to enhance energy efficiency and optimize costs for the investor.
