SBVN Coaching provides tailor- made training programs to organizations and entities seeking to understand and develop buildings that achieve the following objectives:

The program focuses on key skills such as project brief formulation and investment capital allocation control, enabling project management teams to acquire essential skills and knowledge for implementing energy-efficient or green buildings with optimized investment costs.
The training content is designed to help investors increase investment efficiency for projects by enhancing thermal comfort, lighting quality, and natural ventilation without additional investment costs.
Participants will gain access to specific energy reduction and greenhouse gas emissions reduction reports for their buildings, boosting their corporate reputation and aligning their brand with sustainable development, thereby attracting high-end clients and international partnership.
With over a decade of recognition from international organizations, Mr. Trần Thành Vũ is widely regarded as Vietnam’s leading expert in building energy simulation. Holding a Master’s degree from France, he possesses extensive experience in simulation-based energy efficiency analysis for facade design, HVAC systems, lighting, ventilation, acoustics, and more, ensuring the best investment-to-performance ratio under Vietnam’s conditions.
This program is designed for real estate investors—both domestic and international—who aim to develop sustainable and energy-efficient buildings in both residential and industrial sectors, or who need to obtain green building certifications.
Residential and commercial buildings: Office towers, mixed-use commercial-office complexes, resorts, high-end apartments with centralized air conditioning, hospitals, schools, large supermarkets.
Industrial buildings: Light industrial sectors such as pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, consumer goods manufacturing, food processing, logistics, etc.
The SBVN Coaching program will be implemented in the following steps:
Investors complete the registration form (online or via the form provided by SBVN).
Discussion between the business and SBVN to customize the training content to best suit corporate needs.
Training implementation
Survey on participant satisfaction, evaluation, and training outcome report.
The program offers two types of training:
Include video lectures, knowledge-sharing sessions, and quizzes/tests
In-person training:
A customized training series (2-4 in-person sessions over 3 months) designed for project management teams at the investor’s office. This program addresses specific challenges and requirements unique to each investor’s energy-efficient building project.
Conducted at SBVN’s venue, these sessions provide essential knowledge for achieving energy-efficient buildings without additional investment costs.
For six months after training completion, SBVN experts continue to provide technical Q&A support for participating individuals and organizations.
